There are three messes in the men's hostel - two for seniors (AB & CD)and one for first years (G). There is also a mess in the ladies hostel. These messes have excellent seating arrangement and ventilation. Recently the AB mess has been modernised to have the look of a modern day restaurant & advancement in cooking ways too with steam cooking and also have the facility of dish washers. Similar advancements has also been taking place in the ladies hostel. The rest of the messes are to undergo the same with in a short period.
The menu is decided by the Hostel Council which comprises of students. The mess bill is of the dividing system which accounts upto Rs.1000 per month for an individual.
