Welcome to PSG

Infrastructure:
The Hostel is located at a few metres opposite to the college campus Has state
of art and infrastructure. It has well furnished rooms mordernised messes, excellent library and vast space for sports and recreation.To add to its glory it
has recently got ISO9001 certification.

Organisation(Administration):
The hostel has an excellent administration. The hostel is owned by the PSG Sons Charity Trust. The Principal of the college is the Chief Warden of the hostel. Both men's and ladies' hostel have separate wardens, deputy wardens and resident tutors. There is a hostel office inside the campus to deal with the purchase of commodities, maintenance of the hostel, send mess bills and receive the payments. The mess bills may be paid by cash or DD at Central bank, Peelamedu

Hostel Council:
The hostel has a well organised, students represented hostel council to represent the students in the hostel administration. It forms an excellent rapport between the hostel authorities and the students. At the top of the hierarchy is the General Secretary followed by Joint Secretary for both men's and ladies hostel. There are Block Representatives and Mess Representatives for each block and mess.

Rules & Regulations:
The PSG Hostel maintains certain Rules and Regulations.The students should abide by the these Rules.

Events and Function:
To improve the morale of the students and to bring out their talents, various events and functions are arranged in the hostel. There is a semester feast at the end of odd semester to commomerate the end of the semester and to have a get together for the freshers. There is a hostel day at the end of the even semester. Cultural events and sports events are conducted for all the students as well as the parents. An excellent dinner is also arranged. In addition there are hostel tours also occasionally.
